We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell in accordance with our return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, simply bring or send your unused and undamaged item back to Hobbes-USA with its included accessories, materials, UPC, and packaging within the eligible timeframe (30 days from ship date) and let us help you with a repair, replacement, or return.
Prior to your return, please contact a factory service representative at the Hobbes - Factory Service Center at (657) 239-0811 or firstname.lastname@example.org to setup a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number in the address block of your return label, so it can be properly identified and tracked throughout the return process. Products, subsequent claims, returned without an assigned RMA will be denied.
Once a product is received by Hobbes - Factory Service Center, the product will first be isolated for 7 days as a safety precautionary measure to minimize the spread of COVID-19. It may take up to 5 additional business days (COVID) to inspect and process items returned before refunds can be processed. In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

Most unopened items sold by Hobbes via www.HobbesInnovation.com in new and unused condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange minus a 20% restocking fee.
Some items sold by Hobbes have a modified return policy noted on the receipt and packing slip. Items that are custom-made, opened, used, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
