Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Hobbes Computer Network Accessories | Hobbes Innovation. The following are the detailed terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders received by 12PM PST are typically shipped out the same business day via Standard Ground Shipping service. Orders received after 12PM PST are typically shipped the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you that includes the shipment tracking number/code to the e-mail provided - usually within 2-3 business days after the purchase. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please contact us at sales@hobbes-usa.com if you do not receive tracking confirmation within those days.
STANDARD TRANSIT AND DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping service. Typically, the transit and delivery lead time is approximately 3-7 business days via common ground service carriers such as UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or USPS. The shipping service carrier offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. All orders are drop-shipped from La Mirada, CA. Expedited shipping services, e.g. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) are available, at an additional cost, upon request.
SHIPPING COST
The cost of shipping will be provided during the 'Check Out' process and is based on the item(s) ordered. The cost of shipping is based on a dynamic of factors including carton dimensions, weight of the item(s) ordered, and the delivery address of order. Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $500.00
TRANSIT DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
COVID19 UPDATE
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and unprecedented delays from ground shipment carriers due to COVID's impact on the overall supply chain infrastructure. Some orders may experience delays by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Hobbesinnovation.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
INTERNAIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently are suspending drop-ship orders outside the Mainland US.
